Be willing to engage in a recovering lifestyle.

Be fully detoxified and in recovery from alcohol and/or drug addiction.

Be capable of self-preservation.

Be able to provide for their own routine hygiene.

Be willing to engage in group living.

Be capable of performing routine housekeeping.

Be willing to remain clean and sober.

Be capable of contracting with staff regarding any required tasks.

Be eighteen years of age or older. 

Homicidal or suicidal.

Psychotic

In need of detoxification from the use of substances.

Unable to carry out activities of daily living.

Incapable of self-preservation.

Non-compliant with necessary medical or psychiatric care.

In the opinion of staff pose a threat to their own, or the health, safety, or sobriety status of staff or other residents. 

Outstanding police warrants

History or indication of arson.

Is a sex offender who should be or is registered. 

Will follow the appropriate Twelve-Step Program

Attend mandatory Accountability/Support Groups. 

Must stay drug and alcohol free, verified by random testing.

Have a willingness to remain clean and sober.

Are subject to random drug/ alcohol testing.

Must adhere to all House Rules.

Have a legal source of income within three weeks of admittance.

Become self-supporting.

Must sign in and out for their appointments.
